Pizza Online Johar Town

We visited Pizza Online last night and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. We ordered Honey Wings, BBQ Wings, and their Special Pizza. Both wing varieties were served undercooked, with visible blood near the bones — clearly unsafe to eat. We returned them, but shockingly, the replacements were just as bad. The pizza itself was average at best, and the ambiance didn't stand out either. What really surprised us is that a place called Pizza Online doesn’t accept card or online payments. Either update your name or your payment system — it’s 2025! Overall, very disappointed — especially considering the price. Attached are photos for reference. If you're going to charge customers, the least you can do is maintain proper hygiene and cooking standards.

The Pizza online provides a smooth ordering experience with a user-friendly interface and quick delivery. Pizzas arrive hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. Multiple payment options and regular deals make it budget-friendly, while quality ingredients ensure every order is flavorful and satisfying.

Food is good, We ordered kabab stuffed pizza and pasta deal... The food was fresh and well cooked. They have chocolate lava cream puffs too to fulfill your sweet cravings as well... Recommended. The only thing i felt was the atmosphere indoors, it was a bit warm... Overall good experience... Edit: We came out after dine in and our bike visor was damaged! Honda150 headlight visor! Upon asking they showed us the board of parking at your own risk, so be careful with your vehicles outside! Do not, i repeat, do not bring your vehicles at this place because they are not responsible for YOUR damage!!

I went to Pizza Online after a very long time because of a friend, and honestly, it was a very bad experience. We ordered their medium pizza and stuff rolls. The pizza had this muddy taste in it, so we called the manager. He came, tasted it himself, and actually admitted the mistake and took the pizza back (that was at least a plus point). The stuff rolls were just okayish at best, I’d say average. Then we had to wait around 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive again, and by that time we weren’t even hungry anymore, so we just asked them to pack it. On top of that, the seating was uncomfortable for both me and my friend - we both felt it was off. And lastly, the payment situation really turned the mood off. They don’t have any card machine or online option. You can only pay cash, and with that they charge you 18% GST. It’s been 3 years since I last came here, and they still don’t have the basic necessities. At least provide online payments if nothing else 5% GST on that would be fine. But cash only with 18% GST? Honestly, it felt like a rip-off.

I finally visited this place after hearing so many recommendations, and I’m glad I did. The ambiance was really nice, cozy and inviting, and the seating was super comfortable, which I always appreciate. The staff was polite and attentive, so no complaints on the service side. I tried their pizza, and it was good… just not something that really stood out for me. It didn’t wow me, but it was decent. Maybe I had my hopes a little too high from all the hype! All in all, it’s a fine spot to grab a bite. I wouldn’t mind going again, maybe to try something else on the menu.
