I put in a ticket to have my laptop repaired. My hinge have broken after a previous warranty repair. Although it did take a while for my ticket to be processed it was definitely worth it. I was able to keep up with the repair process due to very thorough and constant communication about the process. Everything was explained and I was given an opportunity to accept repairs before any additional work outside of the initial quote was completed. The photos of all of the damage and work being completed from the business was very helpful as well! Hopefully in the future I will not need any additional repairs however if I do I would definitely use this business again.
