I have been dealing with an issue on my PC since early January after someone had tried to hack my Microsoft account. I tried to solve the issue myself to no avail. I finally decided to reach out to Scott. His knowledge and expertise solved my problems and all is good. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Scott saved the day. I'll gladly give this guy 5 stars. Had an audio issue with the mother board on my system. Scott diagnosed the problem, built a work around, and got me up and running in 30 minutes. Did everything remotely and it cost me ... lets just say I pay more for gasoline. I'll be using him to fix my stuff moving forward ... beleive it.
