Maciej and Matt when above and beyond when it came to identifying and repairing multiple leak points. This included coming repeatedly to the premises (on their off time, typically after work was already finished) to run hose tests and often spending 1+ hours at a time. Actual repair was efficient, on time and with high quality results. Can't recommend them enough!

I had a chronic leak from my balcony which caused issues in my kitchen below, my lower deck and my rear brick exterior wall. This issue started in 2011. I have had several firms perform many different projects which included demolition and reconstruction / waterproofing of the balcony in 2015 & 2022. The issues were never resolved. I learned the hard way that no one ever went down to the bottom layers. I have had several leak detection firms and structural engineers. I then contacted B&P explained the situation and they set up a consultation. Maciej arrived at the scheduled time. he evaluated the entire project, he reviewed all of the reports and photos I provided. Even though it was obvious he knew what to do, he reviewed everything I provided him with. In a short period of time I was provided a total proposal which included restoration of the final surface and a proposal for just the waterproofing. It was even suggested to me to only do the waterproofing to make sure it was finally completed properly. I felt this was very professional and honest. No one was trying to push me to perform more work. The work was done meticulously. When the project was completed, everything was totally cleaned up which included power washing my lower deck, rear pavers, and brick wall. I did not even expect all of this to be included. All debris was removed. During the project I was also kept updated with communication and photographs. The problem was finally solved! After the first major rain, Maciej reached out to me just to make sure I had no issues. Now that is what I call professionalism. My only complaint... I had to wait several weeks for my project to be put on the schedule. With the other companies, they were ready to start the following day. What does that tell you? It tells you that High end companies that perform such outstanding work are in high demand and you have to wait. This is the only company I would ever trust for any other project. Too bad I cannot give ten stars.
