While we appreciated the honesty, the follow-through stopped there. The company refused to take responsibility, citing liability — despite acknowledging the technician was at fault. As a media company that supports and highlights local businesses, this situation was especially disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes reveals everything about their values. In this case, there was no ownership, no solution, and no urgency to correct the issue — only avoidance. This company has shown zero integrity, zero urgency, and zero care for the customer. They’ve caused me financial loss, disrupted my life, and left me with nothing but excuses and false hope. All while they continue collecting glowing reviews online. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. Do not trust Boca Appliances Repair. If something goes wrong, they will leave you hanging. Just like they did to me.

Boca Raton Appliance repair provided prompt, excellent service today for our washer. Antoine is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the issue and immediately went to pick up parts needed, returned, and repaired the washer - on a holiday! I highly recommend this service company for any appliance repairs. I will not hesitate to call them again!
