I can't speak highly enough of the folks at Blue Rose Auto. I brought them one of the the worst mouse infestations they had ever seen and they turned it into a new car! Shortly after replacing the hybrid battery, struts, and all of the fluids in my 2010 Prius, it sprung a leak. The hybrid system would not work with all of the moisture in the car. After several attempts to fix the leak myself, I finally fixed it, but the damage from sitting for over a year was already done. The mold was growing strong and the mice had turned it into their castle! I wish I had taken my car to Blue Rose Auto to fix the leak a year ago, it would have saved me a lot of money! Because of the age and miles of my car, insurance wouldn't cover all of it. I wanted to keep the car because I had done so much work to it. Treston worked with me to get the job done within my budget without cutting corners or compromising on quality. The communication was top notch from beginning to end. They sent pictures throughout the whole process including some of a few dead mice and several mouse nests. While I hope to never need a job like this done again, I would definitely recommend Blue Rose Auto for any interior or exterior detail work. I can't say enough good things about this place. Treston and his staff are all amazing and do amazing work. I went in for paint correction and a 7 year Ceramic Pro Ion coating. After all of the surface scratches from automatic car washing, it looked rough. They were able to make it look like it just rolled out of the factory. The water spots on the hood and surface scratches are all gone, the interior looks amazing, and the ceramic pro ion coating gives it a beautiful shine in the sun and adds extra protection from the elements. I'm extremely happy with the way it turned out and recommend Blue Rose for any detailing you need done. Every single person on his staff is awesome and did a fantastic job!

I came in originally for brakes and a detail, and the team went way above and beyond. They discovered a leak and mold in my car, plus mice residue in the engine bay, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly and kindly. They were super communicative throughout the whole process and never made me feel rushed. They also went out of their way to take extra care of my car beyond the services I booked, which I really appreciated. Their work was thorough, thoughtful, and done with genuine care. I’m so grateful for how they handled everything, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!
