Office staff were very helpful. On the day of service, Chris let me know when they would arrive. They were on time. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made sure nit to leave any debris in our house. They took pictures along the way and they were all business. Chris and Josh did an excellent job . Thank you to all of you !!

We needed a full clean out and inspection of our Harmon pellet stove and chimney since we moved into this house over 2 years ago and had no idea if it was ever done before. It started acting wonky and I called Black Moose.(We chose BM cuz the reviews were fabulous and to be honest I like the name.) LIAM & GORDON arrived on time got right to work and about 4 hours later we had a perfect working stove. It was a pleasure having Liam and Gordon in the house. They left no mess at all as a matter of fact the area was cleaner than when they started. I asked questions along the way that were answered and we're really happy with the job they did and highly recommend Black Moose. Also Jennifer in the office was great. I spoke with her several times since I was worried about them getting down the driveway with all the snow and ice. We will stick with Black Moose for annual servicing. Thank you.

First off was very pleased that my appointment was held while I was waiting for financing to come through. On the day of service some of the employees were unprofessional. And after repairs were completed the overall fit and finish was poor. My stove pipe was secured in a way I was able to see into my fire box. Misc. screws were used and alignment was off. Seeing the lack of attention to detail on the things I can see makes me question the attention to detail and workmanship of the things I can not.

Had them reline my flues for my furnace and wood stove. They were able to come out not long after getting a quote for me. The crew was able to get the job done despite the icy conditions. They also installed a new wood stove it looks and works great!
