Anything Chimney

I’m going to keep this simple. My experience with “Anything Chimney” can only be described with one word: “Excellence”. I vetted several companies to fix my broken and unsafe chimney. The clay liner was junk, the blocks were cracked in the attic, and the 5 inch non insulated liner was sub-par. Why did I choose AC ? Simple. They came out and thoroughly looked at my situation. They provided me with an estimate, all materials and labor required were put into writing (along with photos of what was wrong with my setup). Other companies came out and said, “yeah we can fix that for x $’s. No explanation. So of all of the companies that I have an opportunity to do the work AC was the most professional out of the gate. Were they the “cheapest”, no. But you get what you pay for. The crew showed up yesterday to do the project, scheduled for two days. I put in for 2 days vacation. Short story is that these experts had my stove running before they left the 1st day, with some minor loose ends to deal with today. Oh, and the crew did a few things, removing some tile and putting in new cement board that was not part of the original estimate. If they charge me extra for that work, I don’t care. Everything went better than planned. This post is not an “Ai” post, I am a very satisfied customer. I called Eddie this morning and told him how elated and satisfied I was with his crew and the work they did for me. I am not a rich man, and I spent a lot of my savings to get this done. I’m just glad I chose the right company to do it. If I could rate AC, 5 out of 5 stars. Well done !

Asher, Edward and a young man whose name unfortunately escapes me arrived at my residence on time as scheduled. I was amazed to watch the crew lift the 5’x5’ chimney cap onto my 1 1/2 story roof. The crew worked as a cohesive unit, never argued, never used expletives, never took a break or used cell phones. They always treated each other with dignity and respect. Their #1 priority was watching out for each crew members safety and they always had each others back. It was apparent they respected one another and took pride in their job. Most contractors would say “close enough, nail it” but not this crew. They checked and double checked their work. Taking the time to take several measurements to ensure the cap was aligned properly. Visual checks were constantly taken from the roof top as well as ground level. When the job was near completion each member of the crew grabbed some wet wipes and cleaned all the cement dust of the cap. I never knew who the senior person was who made all the ultimate decisions. Each crew member respected each others inputs and a unanimous decision for the right course of action was quickly agreed upon. I requested a modification to be incorporated into the cap that the team hadn’t seen before. The manufacturer incorporated the mod and I received an updated quote. It would have been easier for Anything Chimney to say we can’t do that but you respected my request. Now that I’ve paid my bill I think this crew deserves a raise. Jessica and Joey came out for our first cleaning with Anything Chimney. I received text messages on when they would arrive, which was very helpful on planning my morning. They were both so kind and able to answer all my questions. These two are a perfect team and I felt so comfortable with them in my home and doing what they do best! Thank you!
