I went with my family once for lunch, then with my friend for hi-tea and then with my colleagues for dinner on another occasion. They are a very well-trained staff👏 and actually know where to provide seating to families and where to the other customers🎖️. The waiters are polite. The food is amazing with really thought-out presentation of each dish. I highly recommend it. And yes, if you are wondering what baranh stands for- it represents the 12 historical gates of our Walled City of Lahore🌟. Their restaurant-special dish also comprises of 12 variations of white and red meat presented in a huge platter- quite cool to get a traditional huge platter for the whole group! 🙂

Visited Baranh with friends on Friday, 29-08-2025 First of all, I have to say that the service was very slow. According to the restaurant, they were short on staff, which is why they were not able to deal with customers properly. If you ask any waiter for something (like ice cubes or tissues), it takes a long time to arrive. Also, the quality of the food has dropped a lot compared to before. We ordered chicken handi, but the chicken was hard and not tender at all.

Tried Baranh Restaurant recently 🍽️✨ Ordered Karahi and Malai Boti, and both were really good! 😍 The malai boti was super soft and tender, full of flavor, and the karahi tasted amazing too. The environment was also very nice — calm, clean, and with light colors that gave such a good vibe 🌿 Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place — loved the food and the ambiance both! ❤️

It is one of the few decent options for desi food lovers having a good variety of barbecue items in mutton and chicken as well as most typical desi gravies such as mutton karahi and handi. We ordered mutton kebab, chanay bhature and mutton angara in gravy and all of the dishes were good. Garlic naan was not garlic and mint margarita was average. Overall a good desi experience.
