Badger Masonry & Fireplace Supply

We have had Badger out a couple times to service and repair our gas fireplace.  Both times they were able to get us scheduled in within days of our calling.  The service technician was professional and thorough in explaining what he found and had done to repair it.  He also gave tips on what to do to prolong the life of our unit and prevent any future issues.  Very reasonable in their pricing as well!

We began our fireplace journey at Badger Masonry and Fireplace supply at the West Bend location. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and kind. We were unsure of the stone we wanted so we took a drive to the fond du lac location. Again, everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable and accommodating and PATIENT! When the day of installation came, I was excited and nervous. The installers were so great. They ran into a couple of problems that they were able to overcome with grace and confidence. We were so very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism. Next, came the mason a couple days later. I showed him a picture that I drew myself and he never ever said to me that he wouldn’t be able to do it. He thought and thought and came up with a solution that was even better than I could have imagined. From start to finish , the whole experience was nothing short of awesome. Great sales and install experience, BUT NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! Before the 2021-2022 heating season Badger Fireplace installed a new Kozy Heat Z42 fireplace in our home. From day one we had a soot and smoke issue in the house. I contacted Badger numerous times during the heating season, but no one ever contacted me. Eventually I was able to speak to the owner Bob Parish who assured me he would address the issue; "but it would take some time." The 2022-2023 heating season began and the soot and smoke issue persisted so I contacted Badger Fireplace again. Bob Parish reached out to me in November and said he would like to inspect the unit, but that he couldn't fit me into his schedule until December 15. Bob and I met on the 15th, he took lots of pictures, said he would contact Tech Support, and would get back to me soon. On January 9 I reached out to Bob seeking an update, but he never responded. Today is March 7 and I still haven't heard a word from Badger Fireplace or the owner Bob Parish. Simply put, over the course of two heating seasons I have contacted Badger Fireplace numerous times regarding the soot issue. Over that same period of time they have never reached out to me with an update or solution. We are left with a home that has soot on every surface, and who knows what damage is being done to our lungs.

I just had a gas fireplace installed to replace my wood burning one. Your guys were so wonderful, Efficient, quick, neat, knowledgeable about product. Feel bad because I never got their name to give them personal credit. Kudos to all three of you!!!!
