Very easy to do business with! Friendly staff. Showed up as planned. Cost was as promised and staff cleaned everything up afterwards and gave us a quick tutorial on operation. These folks came recommended by our friends and I would recommend them to our other friends as well!

My experience with American Heritage Fireplace was beyond amazing! From the very first day, I walked in their store. I did not know anyone and everyone treated me so kind and with so much knowledge. I did not know exactly what I wanted, they were excellent about showing me everything every step of the way! I absolutely love my Fireplace! Rachel, who was the gal in the office was fantastic and Furmin who was the project manager and Brian who was the owner were all excellent to work with. When we decided to do this, I called three local companies and went to each one. By far, American Heritage Fireplace was the best in customer service and helping and I never felt like I was asking dumb questions and I really felt like they wanted me to get exactly what I wanted!! I highly recommend this company, I could not have had a better experience with the finished product.

The actual fireplace fan replacement and installation was very satisfactory. The installer was on time, professional, thoughtful about my home and courteous. A+ The fan is working properly. Think his name was Matthew. Val, the employee who sets up appointments,9 was very difficult to reach. I tried 5 times to contact her before she finally returned my call for assistance. This is not a good way to promote a positive company relationship. Additionally, prices for fireplace repairs are exorbitant. My furnace cleaning and repairs don’t charge a service call in addition to the parts and installation. My furnace cleanings are a third of the cost of your service!. Unfortunately you and Alaskan have a monopoly on the market in this area. Not a consumer friendly policy.
