By chance, I met Taylor from Appliance Repair Now in a supply house as I was attempting to repair my "feature packed" fridge myself. As I was at the counter the sales person referred me to Taylor that was also in line. His willingness to help has been tremendous since then and saved me hours of guess work, when he didn't have to. I'm very appreciative. The sales person said that Taylor from Appliance Repair Now has over 20yrs experience. I would prefer to support a small business with people of good character, than to use a big business with strangers coming in to my home. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my key under the mat..
