I emailed Stephen with the problem & he responded quickly. He told me he would call me at a certain time to talk about it & he did. He was very thorough asking me questions about my machine. He was able to troubleshoot & advise, sending me a list of the parts to order. On the appointment day, Stephen was punctual, professional, & so pleasant! He was very neat & cleaned up. He explained what he was doing during the repair, while giving care & maintenance tips.The repair cost is a great value because of Stephen's skill & working knowledge. I highly recommend!

Steven provides a service & knowledge set very specific for our Miele built in unit that was fast, courteous & precisely fixed the problem. He was consciously aware of minimizing our out of pocket expenses.
