Joey is wonderful. His honesty describing what needed to be done and what I already had regarding my existing locks was very informative. He was aware that the reason I needed a new locksmith was due to an unfortunate circumstance and he was very kind. It’s a real treat to deal with a professional who takes the time to do the job well rather than treat it as just another service call. They fit me in immediately knowing that it was an emergency. I will only use this company from now on. Highly recommend!
Bobby was professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing for service at 8 at night. He even cut me keys in his truck lol.
Secure Lock & Door is fantastic! We needed new keys made for our front door, and Joseph was incredibly professional from start to finish. He came to our house within one day of my call and made the keys on the spot. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and quality work. Highly recommend!
Needed a locksmith right away due to an unfortunate situation, they put me on their schedule right away, and would have come sooner if I was available. Work was done quickly, professionally, and the gentleman who did the work could not have been nicer. Will absolutely be calling them again when I have locksmithing needs.
