Dr. Arshad badar is very competent and well qualified Maxillofacial surgeon in Faisalabad. My experience is quite good I have extracted my wisdom teeth which is impacted near nerve he gently removed it and make this surgical procedure very easy. Thanks a lot Dr Sb. It's first time I deal with him but impressive behaviour of doctor sb give so much confidence.

Money-minded treatment – only 2% spent on actual BP medicine I went to this hospital due to high blood pressure. Instead of giving proper care, they focused on unnecessary IV treatments to increase charges. Out of the total amount I paid, less than 2% was for the actual tablet used to lower my BP. The rest was spent on non-emergency IV meds like Risek and Methycobal, which could easily be taken orally. It felt like the whole setup was just to earn from short admission and medical supplies. Very unethical and disappointing experience.

The doctors at the hospital were very good, but the staff can easily be ranked among the worst in Faisalabad. My experience was extremely bad, especially with the gynae ward staff, who were highly unprofessional. When our baby was shifted from the nursery to the gynae ward, the cleaning lady used a broom instead of a wet cloth for cleaning, causing severe dust issues for the baby. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and irresponsible. I would advise coming here for checkups but not for delivery cases.

Never get treatment from this hospital. My father got laser lithotripsy for 9mm kidney stone here..he was in operation room for 5 hours, anesthesia failed, they were unable to put stent...my father got electric shock from their equipment 2 times. My father requested to stop the procedure but they gave him severe pain.after 5 days he got discharged and because of medications his b.p drop and he got heart attack in 2 days..most probably from precribed medications that include transamin tablets. And still he has half stone in kidney and he is still recovering from heart attack. The anesthesia lady failed 3 time for back injections but didn't accept the mistake... we will never visit this hospital again..they charged more than 2 lacs for giving pain, electrick shocks and heart attack...doctor was saifur rehman with illiterate team staff.

I had a disappointing experience at Al-Faisal Hospital. The management staff was quite rude and unhelpful, which made the visit very unpleasant. Their charges are extremely high compared to the services provided, and unfortunately, the level of cooperation and patient care does not match the cost. I truly expected better professionalism and support from a hospital of this standard.
