I wish I could rate this place lower. I brought my Nintendo switch in, and the problem was that it couldn’t connect to the TV. It could still turn on, charge, and do every basic function besides connect to the TV. The guy at the front said it would be an easy fix. 150 bucks. I come back a week later and pick it up. It was still turning on. Then, it just shut down and stopped working completely. I brought it back. The guy said easy fix. He said one week at most. 2 weeks later, I got word that it was once again fixed. When I got it, I specifically asked if it turned on. They said yes. I went home, and it doesn’t even turn on, nor charge. I brought it to a different place (recommended by Best Buy cuz they’re good), and they said to call back in a week. One week later, I called back. They said that my switch was basically destroyed on the inside, with a bunch of cheap and knockoff parts. They said that they could replace them, but it’s risky and it might not work. One week goes by, and they tell me my switch is done. No chance of revival, they couldn’t even get it to turn on. I’d be less mad if this wasn’t one of the limited edition switches (animal crossing if anyone is wondering) and they messed up the back with a weird sticker. Even the place I brought it to after noticed the damage to the back art. In total, the entire ‘repair’ process was around 400 dollars, which is more than half of a switch 2. I’m going to get my Switch tomorrow from the other place, but to this repair shop, thanks for absolutely nothing😐.

Way over priced and then they try to scare you into doing business 🙄 what a rip off. This place is a nickel and dime you kind of place.
