5 Star Kitchen and Bath

We had 5 Star do a full bathroom remodel for us and are very pleased with the results. It was a near full tear down of the old bathroom and involved installing a new bath, moving the toilet and shower, replacing countertops, sinks and fixtures, repiping, reflooring, tiling and rebuilding walls. I did some minimal rewiring and repainted. My wife and I are happy with the results. It is beautiful. At the beginning of the project we received many bids for the work and chose 5-Star because they were able to do everything we wanted. Also, Kim, the design consultant, gave us ideas, product options and information that moved us beyond our original ideas to the ideal bathroom that fit the space and look we had in mind for our old house. My only reservation was that it took about 4 1/2 months from signing the contract to final installation of the shower walls. When work started it took about a 6 weeks until completion. To be fair, there was A LOT of work and the glass walls could not be measured and ordered until most of the work was finished. My wife and I have no regrets unless we think about how we should have done this several years ago. Throughout the process, Kinsey (Project Coordinator) called at least every week to apprise us of start dates, work schedules, financing options and more. The installers were careful to cover carpets where they had to travel, kept dirt and dust to a minimum, and removed all construction debris. They were polite and professional. This is our 2nd project with the bathroom. The last 4 pictures are the recent ones. We had a shower door added and the pony wall we added the tile on the sides and the top. It looks so nice and we are very pleased with the work that Brady did with the wall. Also, Enrique and Hugo did a wonderful job with the Shower door. David Adamson came out and did the estimate and Zach did the walk through to make sure the measurements were correct. Thank you Kinzie for keeping us up to date on the project completion. I recently had my bathroom remodeled by 5 Star Kitchen and Bath, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful of my home, and committed to delivering quality work. Lazaro, Brady, Jose, Francisco, Enrique, and Hugo were all incredible—hardworking, detail-oriented, and always kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the entire project. They even made sure to do a full cleanup once the job was complete, which I really appreciated. Like with any major renovation, there were a few hiccups and communication issues along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly those were addressed and improved upon. Zach stepped in, took the reins, and not only showed up to the worksite personally, but also offered real, thoughtful solutions and suggestions that enhanced the project—without ever making it feel like a sales pitch or trying to upsell me. A big thank you to Kenzie for her consistent communication and weekly updates. Even during quieter periods, she kept me informed and reassured, making sure I never felt like my project was an afterthought. Also, thank you to Brandon for initially coming out, helping with the design, and walking me through the financial side of the project before we even got started. His guidance at the beginning really helped set the tone for a smooth process and made me feel confident moving forward. Overall, I highly recommend 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. Alex took the time to respectfully come back out and check on how everything was going with the work performed for us, which truly meant a lot. It showed genuine care and pride in the quality of their work. Alex also kindly asked if it was okay to use my name when speaking to others about our project, which I really appreciated — and of course, I agreed. That level of respect and professionalism speaks volumes. Thank you so much for everything! And I have to say, Kenzie is an absolute star — now more than ever. Her customer service has been outstanding, and she’s been incredibly helpful in resolving any questions or concerns whenever they arise. It’s rare to find a team so committed to their customers from start to finish. Highly recommend!

5-Star was very Professional and timely all through the construction phase of our Kitchen remodel which included Removing wall and constructing a 12’Beam. We just had 5 Star Kitchen and Bath install a new shower/tub in our rental this week. The design person did a great job and it was a pretty painless process. It did take them a little longer to get started on the project than we had hoped. Kinsey kept me updated on when the install would begin. They were flexible with rescheduling also. The installers, Lazano and Bredy were great to work with! They patiently answered all my questions and were great to ask me how high I wanted the shower head to be placed and where the towel bar should be relocated. They were on time and all the finish work was done with care and concern for the customer. I highly recommend them! 😊
