Daniel Wines is a nice young man. He is very perfessional and personable. He converted my new stove to propane and hooked up the propane line. He checked everything to make sure it worked well and for gas leaks. I am very happy and appreciative with the work he did. I would recommend this company and Daniel to anyone. Thank you

Neco and his side kick(I'm sorry I forgot your name,im terribleabout names,i shouldhavewrote it down, but you and your crew know who you are,and I know who you are) Listen, at first I was like,this is gonna be pricey.But you know something they give you your estimate, and they don't pop any other surprise additional money.If something is still going on. We had a difficult situation, but we never felt alone. This crew and even their whole team came out,four guys,just to get us through, until they said they would be back,and they were!!! Man,they are unbelievable. What we had going on,was so much. But they were sure to come back,and Neco said we're gonna take care us this.He was calm,he never complained.Always kept us up to date on what was happening. They went above and beyond. When they were having to work outside,in this frigid weather we had, negative and minus 0 degrees,they came out and took care of business. We had frozen drainage pipes,from one end of our house to the very back. We had to deal with some inconveniences, for a couple weeks and a few days. If you live near western Pa.,you know how vicious the storm was ,how cold and snowy it was.... Yet still they never complained.These guys came out 4 times, because they weren't afraid to do their job. They stood by their word. The ladies at the office where awesome to deal with also.Michelle made sure we were on the schedule. I can't tell you how much better we felt ,know that this company was legit. Don't hesitate If you need something done right,and you want to be treated with respect,Do Not Look Any Further. We would call them back if necessary,in a New York minute. Really kind respectable people work at 1 800 plumber + air..... don't hesitate....I'd have Neco and his sidekick back any time,but hopefully not any time soon,to fix something. **Updated Edit** In my review I mentioned I thought the price might have been a bit high. Well, since then I was finally able to get home and actually see the work Danny had done. And I must say,I was pleasantly surprised! Everything looked and WORKED perfectly!Danny had to cut a hole in our drywall, I knew this ahead of time, what I didn't know is he out a vent cover over the hole to make it look nice so we just didn't have this gaping hole there! It looked so nice and I was so surprised! That was perfect! I was also told about a part of the plumbing that was about to burst and it would have flooded our basement if it had gone much longer unfixed and would have cost us easily thousands. So now knowing and seeing the finished results,I no longer think the price may have been a bit high, now I think the cost was well worth it! I'll definitely call them again with any of my plumbing needs! 100%! (Original post) We had an emergency problem with an outside spigot not turning off and water was gushing out for days. And we couldn't turn it off at the main cause when I turned it,water started spraying straight up in the air! Daniel (Danny) came and looked at the situation and was able to get the outside spigot turned down so it wasn't gushing anymore, but it still had a significant leak. The water company couldn't come till the following day to turn it off. Danny came the following morning and fixed all the problems and now everything is working smoothly without ANY leaks as it should be. Danny was very friendly, kind, and explained everything very well. Only minor complaint I might have is the price seemed a bit high, but at the same time, the way the water was gushing out, it would have cost us more at the water dept on list water than what the price to fix it was. So, so I wasn't complaining! I just needed it fixed ASAP! And Danny delivered! So I give 5 stars overall for great service by both Danny and the business cause they kept me up to date with friendly texts. Everyone was great! Thank you to everyone at 1-800-Plumber +Air! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a water hammer issue, and a pressure regulator was believed to be the problem and quoted $1200 to add a regulator. After repair still have the water hammer, but still charged the original quote. And was then given another quote for an additional $1200 for a new shower valve, that again may or may not have fixed the issue. Nice boys, did what they could, but I thought the company would have given me at least a little deal since I still have the same problem.
