Putting one star is generous. Now my experience may not be the same as everyone else’s but I had to call a few times in order for someone to come out and check my drain. (I let that slide because it can get busy and schedules fill up and that’s understandable). One of the men eventually came out to check my drain after I called again, barely did anything and then claimed he wasn’t able to do anything because it “appeared” that the drain was broken. Still charged me the full amount, which again it doesn’t matter labor is labor. Now that’s not even why I’m putting one star. You’d think that when working a plumbing service, you would be professional and kind when being inside the homes of strangers. But that wasn’t the case here, the guy was incredibly rude. So on top of having to call a few times to have someone come out, pay the full amount for nothing to be fixed, the plumber was not nice. If you don’t like your job, don’t work. Simple. Being rude and having an attitude when people are trying to understand what the issue with their drain is, is not the way to go about your job.

Timlin Plumbing is awesome. They are who I call when I need plumbing help. We have used them a few times over the years and they have been outstanding. They get your service scheduled promptly and the techs are always on time. They do great work and are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Recently, Jared came out to perform some routine maintenance on my backwater gate valve. He is a true professional and gentleman. I had recently installed a new sump pump (by myself) and he answered some questions I had, helped install a check valve and pipe, and gave me solid advice. He patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. I truly appreciate him. Mike and Russ are also great. I have yet to encounter anyone from Timlin who is not a consummate professional. Do not hesitate to call Timlin with your plumbing needs. Great company.

We recently learned that we needed our check valve replaced. After reading reviews on several local plumbing companies, we decided to contact Timlin Plumbing. The owner was very courteous and understanding. He set up a service call quickly! The representative, Christian showed up on time, was extremely professional and was very good at his job. Christian replaced the check valve and the potable water tank. This solved our problem immediately! The job was completed in under two hours and the price was very reasonable. We could be happier! We will be using Timlin Plumbing for all our future needs! Thanks guys!
