My old stacked washing machine broke about a month ago and I had no idea where to start looking for a reliable repair service. I wondered if it was too old to even be fixed. I did some google searching, made some calls, and chose ZBS because of good reviews and because they answered right away. Mr. Ndossa and his employee were professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and came back to make the repair by the next week. They arrived within the time frame they provided and even allowed me to reschedule the repair at the last minute without any issues. I would call them again any time and am so happy to have a reliable repair service in mind for the future!

We had had one technician out saying he could not fix the problem with our dryer. ZBS Appliance scheduled us right away, arrived early, and had diagnosed and fixed the problem within thirty minutes. Extremely professional and efficient. We will definitely be returning customers. Highly recommend.

I contacted this business about my range hood not venting properly, and the owner came out to inspect. However, it wasn’t made clear—either during our initial call or when scheduling—that there would be a fee for the visit. I was surprised to learn about the $80 consultation fee after the inspection, especially since the diagnosis was simply a clogged vent. While Saif was informative, I believe future customers should be fully aware of any fees upfront when booking an appointment.

Had an issue with my oven one evening, so I requested a quote online and Seif responded very quickly. He was able to come out the next day within the time proposed and fix the issue with no problem. Very polite and knowledgeable; he was able to diagnose the issue with my oven from just the brief description I had provided. Very happy with the service provided.

Worked with this business on an appliance installation. Very professional, very timely, very cost appropriate. They were able to schedule this on short notice and we’re very good at communicating about the process would use them again and would recommend considering them for any jobs you may have in the future
