Alex was a fantastic technician- very friendly, comfortable with my dogs. He diagnosed our problem very quickly and explained our options. Our part came in very quickly and the day it arrived Alex came to install it as well as checking my other refrigerator

Manufacturer approved parts were ordered and the final repair was made in a very timely manner and best of all I have ice again!
