Miracle Appliance Repair provided outstanding customer service within 24 hours with a major installation of our 30 inch Built in Stove Top with downdraft vent system gas line connection. We submitted a service request 3 months ago to our home warranty company to repair our retractable downdraft exhaust vent for our cooktop that didn’t go up and down. the job was assigned to 3 different service providers over the course of the 3 months. Not one service provider spent the time to diagnose the problem. One replaced the on/off switch. That didn't fix the problem. Another said it was the vent motor but they needed 2 technicians to take apart the vent housing unit. That service provider never came back. We were finally assigned Miracle Appliance Repair. Mr B actually went through the steps to diagnose the problem, disconnected the electricity, looked at the electricity panel to the vent, and searched online about the vent's operations. Mr B concluded that the filters which we had taken out bc it wasn't working needed to be in the housing unit for the vent to retract. None of the other service providers went to the extent Mr B did to fix our vent. We are grateful for his expertise and now have a working retractable exhaust vent.
