Caleb assessed our 21-year old furnace showing me the inner workings with camera. The decision was made to keep the 13-year old AC and replace the furnace. It was the correct choice. Caleb had the right personality for customer service! Cannon and Ian installed the furnace, and filled me in on their progress throughout the day. Professional and courteous. Franco came to take a look at our furnace for a tune up and diagnosing a small problem. He was very friendly, honest, and professional!
