I found two screws on the ground next to the furnace that were taken off and not put back on. They left trash including dirty paper towels, zip ties, and big nail next to the furnace. They improperly installed one of my vent covers. They were supposed to clean my dryer vent but didn't. They said they would clean the air returns and instead just cleaned the return covers and put it back on. I ended up taking the return covers off and cleaned inside myself.
100% great! Jorge knows his stuff! He's very professional and personable. I'd like to see Jorge come back for any of our HVAC service needs!
I had Clark's Mechanical replace an existing tankless combi boiler. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
