They got out there when promised and did an awesome job getting everything fixed and even went above and beyond taking care of items that needed some repair. The Warbirds Museum in St. George Utah has a unique aircraft, a Douglas C-54. We have installed a pioneer mini split on the side of the aircraft and Sergio came out and helped us service the unit. He did an outstanding job that was very unique and somewhat difficult to access because it is out on the wing. He knew what he was doing got everything taken care of and we are back in business. This aircraft is now used as a teaching platform for young children to learn about aviation. It too is a very unique classroom to be inside a 1942 aircraft well done Sergio.

Technician - Braiden Breaux! This is why this company is receiving this outstanding review. He represents Whipple, so they're doing something right! Braiden was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, transparent, honest, and thoughtful. After troubleshooting, he figured it was the thermostat and a few other things that might be contributing to the issue. But starting with the Thermostat was his recommendation. He did some cleaning within the system in the attic to help the system along with the air exchange, and installed a new Thermostat. I'm happy to say, all is working perfectly!
