Unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poor-quality repair from Thomas H. I chose this company because of their 4.9 rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. While he was fixing my phone from the driver’s seat, I noticed something looked off and he asked where. I simply pointed to the screen (which was on a tray, didn’t even touch the phone), and he accused me of putting my hand near his crotch. This is completely false and inappropriate. He then suddenly said he only accepts cash and made me go to an ATM. I hesitated, as anyone would, since my phone was still with him. After I paid, he handed me his card and immediately said he’d never do business with me again. So confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the replacement parts are clearly subpar and not genuine. I now get an iPhone display error message, something I’ve never experienced with other repair companies. I stayed calm throughout, but this was a hostile experience with low quality work. Would not recommend. One week update & response to owners response: Owner never mentioned there were options on replacement screens so never knew there was a choice to be made. After one week, you can notice significant reduction in battery life of the iPhone. The new screen installed will zap your phone’s battery much faster than a genuine Apple screen. Go and fix your iPhone somewhere else!!
