Viking Air has provided the highest professional service. Their office personnel have always helpful, and attentive to our needs. Their techs have been very knowledgeable and have always provided quality service. We highly recommend this company and their employees. Special thanks to Arron and Claire for their superior abilities in serving and caring about their customer. My husband and I have used Viking Air for 3 years. We have never been disappointed with their service and performance.

Viking Air performed a homeowners warranty Air Conditioner replacement. They conducted the work in a timely manner, and I have no issue with this company as a HVAC company. After their install, my roof began to leak during the recent rains and there was significant water damage to the master bedroom of my house. After much investigation it was determined by a Roofing company and an additional HVAC company that the cause of the leak was the seal around the new air conditioner. When I spoke to Viking Air about this, there was denial it could possibly be their fault, however they later admitted that the sealant used was faulty and caused the leak. The reason for the one star review is the way Viking Air decided to handle the situation, which was to tell me to contact my homeowners insurance for repairs. The staff of Viking did not apologize, show an ounce of empathy or offer to help beyond telling me to contact my insurance company. The owner called to describe the process of repairs and he was the only person who actually made an apologetic statement. Ultimately damages have exceeded $8k thus far and cause my master bedroom to be unlivable for about a month now (repairs still ongoing). This could have been handled completely differently by the staff, which would have mitigated this review. The pictures I uploaded are a result of the water damage after some of the repairs. Water mitigation had to be performed for over a week to ensure follow on mold damage would not be an issue. Would recommend Blue Line Air Conditioning if you experience A/C issues.

Alfredo from Viking Air was at our home within 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified 3 different problems quickly and had them fixed right away. We are extremely grateful that he took the time to make sure our home was safe and AC was working properly. Definitely recommend Viking Air, specifically Alfredo. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Clara is the worst at customer service. A simple phone call to ask a question and she is already answering like she hates her job. Worst experience I have had.
