Cannot recommend Vector security enough! Smitty is always so responsive and even came out on a Saturday to help set up our security system. And installation with Nick was so easy; he was thorough and clear in explaining the app and features. Our system itself is working wonderfully! Great company and team!

Great company with easy ti contact sales people and friendly, knowledgeable installers. I have used ADS on five houses now. Each house gets the latest and greatest equipment so they are definitely staying up to date on the latest technology. The call center is quick to call if there is an alarm. If we end up with a house number 6, I will use them again.

I work with four alarm system providers on various properties and Vector is by far the worst. While their on site technicians are knowledgeable, their customer service is abysmal. It is impossible to reach a live person in the “correct” department to assist with problems, and it usually takes 3-4 calls to find someone who can help. Vector’s billing reps and systems are difficult to work with. We recently sold a house and cancelling our contract with Vector took three months and they refused to rebate eight months of unused monitoring fees. Unless you like dealing with incompetence and bureaucracy, avoid Vector Security at all costs.

I got in touch with Smitty to see if I can get a quote on an install/package. The place I moved in already used Vector, so I already knew it was a well established/known company. Smitty did a wonderful job of finding me the right package, working with me to get the installation scheduled and responded always on time. Phillips, the technician was very knowledgeable and made specific recommendations on where some of the equipments/sensors should go, which I really appreciate. The install was completed in under 2 hours and now I can access my.garage door from the app too.
