This is a great store with really helpful and friendly staff. I called 10 different appliance stores and supply houses. No one would sell me a blower motor for my furnace when it went out on a 10 degree day. A V&V store near me was able to locate the motor at the Youngstown store, so I drove there to pick it up. An exact match. Had my furnace back up and running in less time than it took to drive to Youngstown. Thank you, V&V for your good customer service. Highly recommend!

I've been here 7 or 8 times over the years and it is the best, shortest lived parts experiences I've ever had. I come prepared with model and serial numbers. I give a brief description of the failure and I have a part in 2 minutes. Always in stock. Always the right part. Hell I don't even ask what it is I'm buying anymore. It fixes my issue though. They usually toss in a little tip. Today's was, that's really fragile, don't smack it on anything when you install it. I appreciate you sir. I would have broke that without the heads up. Last time I actually did my own research, asked for the part I thought I needed and they politely asked if I was sure. Asked what it was doing, and redirected me to what I actually needed. Good guys.
