I woke Sunday morning to no heat in my house. I called your company and a couple of hours later Brad arrived and identified that my furnace, which was more than 20 years old was a goner. We discussed it and he checked out my air conditioner too and determined both needed to be replaced. He made me aware of a January sale and gave me a revised price. He also provided me with a heater which made the rest of the day more bearable. This morning the A-Team Ron, Austin and Jason arrived at the expected time and went to work. The were very polite and friendly when they came. When the job was complete with everything tested they helped me move some heavy items in the garage so I could pull my car back in. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.

US Heating and Air Conditioning provided us top notch service a year ago when our furnace gave out a few days before Christmas. They were able to replace it the next day along with our AC and water heater at a reasonable price for such a quick turn around time! They followed up by providing a year of free maintenance checks performed by Jacob who is fantastic! When a company has excellent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable service members it makes all the difference! I will definitely be requesting Jacob to do the check ups in the future.

They were able to see her the same day and, Brad, the tech who made the initial visit, was very thorough in his inspection and discovered a larger safety issue which made repair implausible. The unit was 20+ yrs old and he sent me pictures of the concerning area. He spec-ed out a quote with the newer version of mom’s brand (Goodman) and I was impressed with the bottom line and their added discounts. Brad was able to schedule the install for the next day. The new unit installation went smoothly and it works very well. Ron and Matt did a great job with the installation and were knowledgeable, courteous and left a clean workspace.
