good initiative started by the University of Management and Technology Lahore. there are lot of departments including, Business, Mass Communication and Media, Computer Sciences and some related departments started here initially. Many students get the opportunity to get higher education in there hometown instead to go Lahore. I just suggest that, it must be started in Gujranwala district. so that the local students of this district can get the education at their doorstep.

UMT is a best institution in Sialkot as compared to other universities. Faculty members are also kind and Good persons.

Please do not go here better to go up ucp university in Sialkot bht but log hai teacher bhi they don't even listen to your any problem and they want only money only please trust me mania first semester mai hi chor diya I m happy now in ucp

Good opportunity for the students who can not go far away from their towns to get education. The degree of this university is exactly equivalent to that offered by good public sector universities, like, University of the Punjab, Quaid-I-Azam University, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. It’s better to get an admission here instead of stopping your higher education. I suggest the students continue their studies, whatever the institute they select. Their class rooms are equipped with projectors, air conditioner, white board and above all good facilities. As far as faculty is concerned, it depends upon which department you are going to select. I found mathematics department is very excellent.
