I studied at University of Gujrat and I love its architechture.Its architechture based on titanic ship,So beautiful university and best place to study.Its transport service covers 6 districts.students came from Gujrat,Gujranwala,jehlum,kharian,dinga,bihimber,Phalia,Sara e alamgir,Sialkoat,Dina,Barnala. You would never regret studying at UOG.

UOG was officially established in 2004 by Punjab government. Its roots trace back to 1949 when a women’s college was founded by Fatima Jinnah. The original college operated at historic Kaidar Nath Haveli in Gujrat city. The haveli, built in 1905, later became UOG’s old campus. New main campus opened in Hafiz Hayat village near Gujrat in 2007. Gujrat city itself has ancient origins dating back to Raja Bachan Pal. The city was an important cultural and educational hub in Punjab. UOG started teaching programs in 2006 and quickly grew to 15,000+ students. It offers undergraduate (BS), graduate (MS/MPhil), and doctoral programs. Faculties include Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, IT, and Arts. Popular degrees: BS Commerce, BS Computer Science, BS Accounting & Finance. Also offers specialized degrees like Islamic Banking and Finance, E-Commerce. The university runs multiple campuses including main and city campuses. UOG is known for quality education and research focus in the region. It has modern labs, libraries, and collaboration with other institutes. The land was donated by Hafiz Muhammad Hayat, a historical saint. Preservation of heritage sites like Kaidar Nath Haveli is part of UOG’s legacy. It plays a key role in higher education advancement in northern Punjab. Admission is competitive with yearly intakes in multiple disciplines. UOG continues to expand programs aligned with industry and social needs.

As a proud alumnus of the University of Gujrat (UOG), I hold countless cherished memories of my time there. The university provided not only a strong academic foundation but also unforgettable moments with friends that I will always treasure.
