Alarming /awareness post! Yesterday my sister went to Umar hospital(old)Lala Rukh Wah Cantt near Sapna clothes,paid 1500 rupees at counter for ultrasound by Dr Rana Ajmal,on her turn upon entry Rana Ajmal said pay 500 more and she did so,after getting her test done,ultrasound report was provided.when she reached home she was amazed to read the report that she had both normal kidneys whereas one of her kidney was removed more than a year ago. She went back to hospital management for complaining as it was the second time she was provided wrong ultrasound report.She Insisted to pay her ultrasound fee back so that she can get checked somewhere else but she was not paid back instead she received lame excuses both by Dr and management and she was offered to have ultrasound again and issued a new report. What is this,is such attitude acceptable in Health sector ,not at all,if patients are illiterate,they wont even know what has been done to them. Shame on All who are operating such health sectors just for the sake of money.

the faculty is useless the don't care about the patient and charge you more then enough

Worst experience with Rana muhammad ajmal Radiologist Initially my father had ultrasound on 15-june-2025 which showed no stone the reason for ultrasound was he had pain in flank region So doctor said its not related to kidney and gave him painkillers and multivitamins but today on 19 june 2025 he started complaining of pain and unable to pass urine we take him to the same hospital because of so called trust on them. And they have done ultrasound which showed calculus of size 06mm is seen in PROXIMAL 1/3 of ureter I mean wow how come a stone developed in 3 days this is how you treat patients? I am doctor and i am aware of medical errors which they have done. 3 din main kasa pathar bana koi insaan ise justify kare? U missed it And audacity of umer hospital they even took money for this ultrasound too Worst experience I can attach the ultrasound picture too on demand just in case they deny this act.

Unfortunately, the staff here lack basic communication skills. Today, due to an issue with a patient slip, they addressed in a very disrespectful manner. uneducated and incapable of speaking properly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment and leaves a very negative impression. This is my honest review. Including onwer

Pathetic servis 👎👎👎 I arrived at hospital 23:00 at reception that stupid person is sleeping guard is using phone 📱 on full volume looks like we entered in cinema 🎥 cat's 🐈 are also running in hospital 🏥 Also no proper take care of patients Staff members are look like the are cleaner's Highly not recommended 👎
