They were called for warranty work on our refrigerator. The technician was on time , very knowledgeable and courteous. It only took a short time to fix the problem and he was gone. I would gladly call them for service on any of our appliances.
What a great company! They have an amazing owner who cares about her clients and her employees. They were able to do a warranty repair on my washer, it needed a new part and they had it in in less than 48 hours. They came on a Monday for the first time and were back on Wednesday to finish the repair with the new part. I am beyond impressed. I will continue to use Twin City Appliance for all of my appliance repair needs! Thank you Twin City!
Referred by Whirlpool when our dishwasher was leaking. Great customer service from the beginning to end!! Laura was amazing, had a technician out the next morning, kept me updated throughout. The dishwasher tub and door were damaged so required parts and another visit. Same tech came out and completely rebuilt our dishwasher in the kitchen. Top notch work and kindness. Will definitely use them again when we need another appliance repair.
