I had a very disappointing experience with Tucson Computer Repair. The repair work was poorly done and lacked professionalism. It was clear that the technician- Micheal had very limited experience. What surprised me the most was that he didn’t even know how to properly use adhesive remover gel, which is a very basic skill for computer repairs. Because of this, the job was done incorrectly and I had to bring my computer back multiple times just to ask them to fix their own mistakes. This wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for careful, skilled, and reliable computer repair service.

I highly recommend you go here for all of your computer repair needs. Michael is excellent at explaining every part of the issue and repair process. He doesn't talk down to you if you don't understand something. He's very positive and friendly. When the part I needed was going to cost more than just replacing the computer, he called and told me that I'd be better off just buying another device (meaning no work for him). I'd compare him to an honest mechanic. Once you find one, you stick with them. These things can be expensive, but at least you know you're working with someone skilled and honest. Support an honest local business and go to TCR for sure!

Michael is fantastic! He has integrity! Migrated my old computer to my new own. A very reasonable price. He makes absolutely sure his cusatomers are satisfied and is willing to answer any questions. I have named him my computer Guru. He is the best! Don't bother going anywhere else.
