Tualatin Valley Glass

I had Tualatin Valley Glass replace a broken pane in a custom antique door with a curved inset — and this wasn’t a simple replacement. The door has original detailing and a functioning arched insert in the center that opens and closes, so preserving both the character and the operation of the piece was critical. Drew and his team handled it flawlessly. They installed new glass that matched beautifully, maintained the integrity of the antique door, and made sure the arched inset continued to operate properly. The fit and finish are excellent, and the craftsmanship really shows. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the level of detail and care involved — especially for specialty work like this. If you have anything custom, antique, or out of the ordinary, this is the shop you want. Professional, precise, and respectful of true craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

5 times now we have scheduled with this company. Once, their technician showed up 2 hours late and only measured one of the two areas that needed to be measured. Three times now I have had to call after they've been 30 minutes late, just for them to tell me they had me scheduled incorrectly. Today, I'm scheduled for service at 8:30am. My partner who works a night shift woke up early to get this taken care of. 9:00am I call because their technician hasn't shown up, and they inform me the appointment is for 10:30am, not the originally scheduled 8:30am. They tell me they'll talk to some techs and see if they can get someone out sooner, then give me a call back. No call back, no tech. I call back at 10:15am and leave a message. I call again at 11:00am and no one answered. I call the Portland location and am met with a crappy, useless AI answering machine. It's now 11:15am, and still no technician. My partner has now been up for 2 hours and 45 minutes that he should've been sleeping, and I've had to take time away from my work day to chase this company around to no avail. Absolutely shameful way of handling a business. Completely unacceptable.

Although there were a few scheduling hiccups, Orlando more than made up for it with his excellent work and attention to detail. The window replacement, along with the trim and paint, looks fantastic. We’re very happy with the outcome and grateful for Orlando’s dedication.

Finished screen fit like a custom glove. Very satisfied. I didn't receive a email stating screen was completed but did receive this rating email so I took it as screen was done. This is my 2-3 time using this company and would recommend others use them as well.
