Towne TV

Towne TV is awesome!! This is my second entertainment system I purchased through them, first one was back in 2012 and they continue to raise bar! Town TV has the best products and equipment for home entertainment… big thanks to Kevin, Joe, Anthony and Cindy for all their help with my new setup - I would highly recommend to family and friends!!

We moved into a new house a few years ago, & needed everything (TVS, sound system, Internet, ) We went to Best Buy and then Hippos, but my neighbor said "check out TOWNE TV!"so glad we did,! Jevaughn was great, exceptional at assessing our needs! He didn't oversell us but helped with what we needed.We visited the showroom, looked at the TVs , asked a bunch of questions. They came to our home, measured, set us up with 2 beautiful big TVs , and amazing Sound system (inside out outdoor) Internet, Sonos system, programmed our smart remotes (and at a price that was half of what Best Buy & competitors quoted us!) Jevaughn set up the sound in our gym & theater in basement, talked to my electrician, & everything is perfect! Anytime we need help, they are always so responsive! leaving a review today because we ordered some new furniture and had to disconnect everything and Jevaughn FaceTime'd with us and got us up and running in about five minutes!! We are retired and being without internet is a challenge (we use Alexa and all the smart home devices, music and television --so our house doesn't function without the Internet!) Towne TV is the best and are so happy with our entire home system. So glad we went to see Towne TV & if we ever need anything, will always go back there! We would give them a 10 star review if we could!

I just purchased another Sony TV from Kevin. Dealing with him and the team there is just so simple. No headaches. No attitudes. Most importantly, if they say they're gonna do something it gets done. This is a rarity these days. The 2 guys they sent to hang the tv on my wall mount bracket - were super nice guys. They were in and out of here within a half hour or so. Another part of why they have a customer for a long time. Best way to describe my dealings with them is just good ole simplicity!

Always an excellent experience. Pleasant efficient effective… everything is so customer focused…. Made it easy! It’s like working with a company from the past when customer service was actually a thing! I Actually look forward to more projects with them! If you’re thinking home automation.. home theater… or even a tv or doorbell installation look no further!
