I tried to call as well as going to the Physical location. No answer on the phone nor were there any responses to the messages I left. Also, it states the store is open, but it is closed and also the hours of store operation have been scratched off from the sign on the door. I would stay away from this store at every single cost because they are garbage.

Feel like I wasted $150. Was having problems with my PS5 randomly shutting off. Called and they assured me they dealt with the problem before. Brought my game in and was told it'll take a week. Literally just got my game back and same problem. I'm over it man. I just want my game fixed. Y'all did nothing but clean the system 🤦🏿‍♂️

Just had the worst phone call experience was calling to get a quote on a tv repair. The man who picked up the phone asked me “what do you want, what are you calling for?” I told him i was looking for a quote on a tv repair and he hung up on me? Awful customer service and zero professionalism.

Haven’t got my work done yet but just talking to him on the phone he was amazing and great customer service, and very reasonable pricing and time!!

Left a voicemail about wanting to get a phone repair with my name and number received no phone call back. Reached out again two days later and a man was very rude to me who picked up the phone. I then decided to go else where for my phone repair. Don’t bring your problems to work!
