Great service today from Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to come out the next day and service my air-conditioning unit. Bobby, their service tech was very patient with the questions that I had and helped to educate me on what was happening or not happening with the air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have somebody come out and help

I set up an appointment via phone yesterday, and Robert and Bobby showed up right on time today for my service. They were thorough, courteous, knowlegable and reasonably priced. I will be using them in the future for any issues or service needs that arise.

Outstanding Service from Robert! We had an excellent experience with Robert for our furnace project. From the moment we requested a quote, he provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly great at explaining everything he needed to do, ensuring we understood the process without ever feeling pressured to commit to his service. Robert was remarkably patient with our needs and incredibly flexible with our schedule, which was a huge help since we work nights. He even went above and beyond by doing some extra work at no extra cost. We highly recommend Robert for his professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to his customers.

I called Total Air and talked with Tish to schedule service on my home AC unit. She checked the schedule for my area and found an opening same day. Same Day!! Not next week or later this week but Same Day. I was thrilled. I was given a time window and was promptly texted to confirm my appointment window. I later received a text from Robert stating he was on the way. He arrived within the scheduled time window then immediately put on clean shoe covers before coming in the house. A diagnostic was immediately performed and a review of my AC unit was done. Fortunately my unit just needed a minor part replacement. Once the part was installed an inspection check list was completed to make sure all areas of concern were checked. Once the part had been installed and checked the temperature in my house began to cool. Robert cleaned and wiped down my unit and gave me a filter change recommendation as well. I will say I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. Thank you so much for bringing cool air back to my home.
