I absolutely appreciate Imagine That Heating and Air for completing a fantastic job with replacing both my heater and air conditioner. From the start Robert was a pleasure to work with and I felt like he was working to give me the best deal possible. He included what was necessary and nothing that was not. He was kind, polite, honest, and professional the whole way through. The work that he and his father did was top notch. It is very clear that they take pride in their work and they also care about the details being correct. They are a hard working family business who never pressured me and they honored my requests. Robert and his dad installed two AC new units for me five years ago. When I had an issue, they came and identified the problem and recommended a solution. My dog peed on my unit and over the years that caused a leak. They gave me a good deal on a new condenser and installed it right away. My house is now cooler than a Polar Bear’s toenail.

We live in a 23-year old home with original air conditioning and heating. One air conditioning unit caught fire and the other was worn out. We have had issues with air conditioning for a while. Robert and his team (including his dad, Michael) replaced both air conditioning units, both heaters, both thermostats, and installed air cleaners. They do great work, making sure everything was just right and rooms/areas were cleaned up. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.
