I am a first-time home buyer, and the inspection found that the electrical system required a 100 to 200 AMP update as well as the washer and dryer outlets needed repairing. Toner Electric was able to come on short notice to provide my home-buying team with a quote so we could move forward with the sale which was critical for our holiday timeline!
