Michael impressed me with his technical knowledge. He was polite, efficient and explained what he was doing throughout his diagnosis of my old Dell XPS with the outdated Windows XP Operating system He was not able to revive it on site and it was my decision not to pursue it further by having him bringing it into your shop - we are moving in a couple of months at which time I will be purchasing a new Dell Michael removed my hard drives, which I will destroy, and kindly removed the computer tower and other older equipment for recycling which will facilitate our move You don't want to lose this guy - skip the coffee and buy him a bottle of Dom Perignon! I had my desktop computer serviced by Chris at Tech2U on Eastern and Warm Springs which just moved and joined TLC Computer Solutions on Lake Mead Blvd. Chris did a great job diagnosing and repairing my computer (bad power supply). Chris was easy to deal with. He explained the diagnosis and repair process well, called when I needed to make decisions regarding the repair, and he got my computer fixed in a timely manner. The cost for the repair service was reasonable.

Used them for years now and they are always dependable, honest and keep their prices low. They email me when it’s time to renew.

Tech 2 U’s employe Michael took excellent care of my MacBook (formerly TLC Computer Solutions). He was professional and courteous every step of the way. I also appreciated that he gave me frequent updates throughout the process and set clear expectations from the beginning. The entire process from handing in my laptop until picking it up did take a few days longer than I would have preferred, but my expectations were managed and I did not opt for the express repair option although I was offered it. Overall I would say Michael was trustworthy and professional and I would recommend using tech 2 U’s services based on my experience.

This was my second family laptop that broke in the past year. A very extremely stressful situation that TLC computer solutions and tech to you handled extremely impressively. That is why I went back a second time. From start to finish, I couldn't be more impressed. Therefore, I don't think there's much more to say except highly highly recommend. You get what you pay for. And you don't want any issues. And there were no issues.
