I had a plumbing problem today, and needed help fast. My main drain was backing up into my basement. So knowing that most plumbing companies are way too expensive and usually have long waiting times, I wasn't sure who to call. Then I remembered that Thomas & Galbraith had a Commercial that talked about be knowledgeable, fast and affordable. So I gave them a call, and I'm so glad that I did because they fixed my problem, fast and affordable. And will be following up to inform me on what caused the problem, and if there's any solution to prevent it from happening again. And their price was very fair and affordable, VERY AFFORDABLE! If you've used them before then you already know, but for those of you like me, you must give them call. You won't believe their service and fees! And this isn't a discount for a review like most companies would have you do, which isn't a true review at all. I don't participate in those. We need more true reviews, so that people know who the good companies really are, which helps all of us! Clemy Lee

So my daughter had a total tank overhaul and perchance a 124$ membership so after rebuild toilet tank and new seal in tank cost a pretty 505$ so few weeks go by and toilet is running again, so I called because I was a little upset 😡 to hear she was even billed that much money so lucky I called and explained nicely how tank issues and I wanted it looked at and please get a different plumber out there. I just wanted to say the lady I talked to so really nice and promised me she would take this matter to a help team and get it taken care of so Thank so Much for keeping your promise. The very next day Mr. Tom came out and replaced the seal and she said Mr.Tom did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure talking with him if she had any more questions or problems with it let him know a.s.p.so I highly recommend using Thomas and Galbraith and thank to communicate service for listening and making thing right.

TLDR: 5/5 service fee/Diagnosis value, 1/5 value for everything else Had a very odd issue with my furnace, after days of troubleshooting, I called Thomas and Galbraith. They were able to successfully pinpoint the issue after 2 techs over 2 separate visits. I am rating them a 5/5 on diagnosis and value: Their service call/diagnosis fee of 100$ is very fair and I was only charged a singular fee even with the extensive troubleshooting it took to figure out my issue. Their diagnosis was accurate and the two techs I worked with were very respectful/kind! For this I would use their diagnosis services again. I am rating a 1/5 on their cost for labor/parts/etc.: I am fairly familiar with HVAC equipment and operation, I was quoted $1,350 for JUST LABOR to install a new inducer motor/housing. (part is normally around $200) The part was covered under warranty as my unit was only 2 years old, this was JUST LABOR. I was able to source the part through a licensed tech and install it myself in 10 MINUTES. 4 bolts, a new gasket (included), and connecting quick-connect power for almost $1400??? This may be a fair price in the HVAC industry but in no way could I ever justify paying that price for a 10-minute plug and play install that only required a screwdriver and some common sense. Do your research before accepting a quote, you may be able to save yourself a lot of money.

We have had excellent service from Thomas and Galbraith and the technicians have been friendly and knowledgable. Most recently we had a broken pipe under the basement floor of our 135 year old house. Shawn arrived quickly and pinpointed the problem area with a flexible camera system. John and the crew completed the repair in a day and a half and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. We were very happy with the whole process. We have had a maintenance contract for several years for both HVAC (3 units) and plumbing. We have been very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Review long overdue as I have been a T&G customer and monthly member for over 2+yrs now. Simply our every technician has been phenomenal. I've used plumbing and heating. And soon I'll use the electrical service. Every technician has been informative, answered every question I've had. Never felt pressured to get something I did not need. Very clean and very professional. Always Recently I had a service repair for my HVAC by Dion Bruce. OUTSTANDING. Not just was the service or repair correct and quick, he was clean and caring but he discovered an error neither my account. Worked with the company to get that resolved. Never would have known there was a small error unless he pointed it out. Folks over the years I've had my AC, HVAC, Plumbing, Sump pumps replaced and repaired: all with T&G. Every single technician has been as outstanding. Use T&G for all your Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical needs .
