I have known Karl for almost 5 years now. He is super cool and down to earth. I just recently bought a couple watches from him at Then & Now. He is always very upfront and his product knowledge is off the charts. I always walk out knowing more than when I came in. Him and his wife are very down to earth and I always enjoy seeing them when I come in. He is very fair and only deals with the highest quality products. You cannot ask for an easier buying experience. Then & Now is truly the best family owned business in Blue Springs.

Great business! I feel that they gave me a very fair price. They did everything from buying jewelry, to fixing/cleaning pieces free of charge. They were very friendly and I would recommend them to anybody.
I had a great experience today. I took a watch, that had been passed down to me me from my late father, in to be sized. They had it adjusted and ready to wear in just a few minutes. They didn't even charge me. They were very kind to my son as well. Then and Now has earned my business in the future. Thank you!
