Drenon Jewelry was the 6th store I visited, trying to buy a Rolex as a wedding gift. I felt defeated walking in but Steve turned it into such a fantastic experience. He is very knowledgeable and really listens. I can tell he genuinely cares about building a positive relationship with the customers - it’s refreshing and delightful. We’re extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend it to others.

I have been in the jewelery industry for several years. Behind the counter and working in merchandising. This by far was the worst service I've experienced in my 13+ years. Inquiring to sell an engagement ring for a friend, the clerk was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. I fully understand the market has changed and gold is a main driver in price. She talked to me like I was ignorant, was unhelpful when I asked for clarification. Shw was quite dismissive as it wasn't comission for her. I will never return or encourage others to do business here.

I was pricing the upgrade of the center diamond in my anniversary ring. I met Jose in the store and he showed me some stones in my price range. I wear gloves everyday so it was important to me that we not go too big due to the stone tearing the gloves. He took the ring and the diamonds to the Jeweler in the back and asked if we could keep the same short profile of the ring, with using the stones I liked. The jeweler was sure he could. He gave me a great deal on a 2ct Radiant cut. They built me a new, low setting to hold the beautiful stone. They also suggested a double prong setting so that there would be no rough edges to catch on the gloves. I can now wear my Anniversary ring to work without worrying about it popping through my gloves. I got the ring back in about 10 days. I am so happy with the work and customer service that I received. I can now enjoy my 30th year being married with a ring that holds so much love and beauty. I would give them 10/10 stars if I could.

I ventured in here after trying multiple places trying to get my watch fitted. Not only was this the place to go to get my watch fitted, but the customer service was top of the line!! Evan and Jose made my day being able to help me out!
