Held in high esteem this famous eating space in Rawalpindi. But really had very bad experience just recently when had payee and cholay. 15 mins after eating I felt like vomiting. The goat feet were the culprit. The quality is geeting lower very fast...owner needs to gear up their act, pretty fast.

We ordered their famous Gol Gappas, and I'm happy to report that they were absolutely delightful! The area was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. But what really impressed me was the exceptional service - their waiters were even available at the parking area, ensuring that customers received prompt attention. The Gol Gappas were a hit with everyone, including the kids! The flavors were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed our snack. Overall, I'd give Refreshment Center 4 stars for their tasty Gol Gappas and excellent service. Definitely recommended! Rating: 4/5 stars

I ordered non spicy dahi bhale but the waiter refuse to do that he said o fir ni milsi thora ja masala hona a then i ask him for methi chatni he angrily take my plate and poured too much on it. The behaviour of waiters is rude and non professional
