Good store, great service! I called to ask if they had some specific screws available; after making sure I was actually asking for the right size, the screws were set aside for me and ready when I walked in. Helped me finish my task quickly instead having to wait on some screws to ship - thank you!

I brought my iPad to Melissa on Tuesday, 2/24/26 and she said, she no longer works on iPads. I was disappointed, but she said, "let me take a look at it anyway". I was having problems downloading a very large update, and she explained why it wouldn't download. She made a few attempts to get it to work, but it wouldn't. She told me I would need to replace the iPad and recommended Costco who has the best prices. Well guess what happened later that day? The download finally went through!!!! And the best part is, Melissa didn't charge diagnostic!!!😃 I highly recommend this store. And the special thanks to Melissa. It was your special touch that made the download work. 🙏🏾

Melissa was super helpful, and they gave me a great deal on the laptop I wanted. Big box stores don't care about you, so bring your business somewhere that does. Recommended!

This place is great. I was about to scrap my Lenovo and get a new computer and as a last ditch effort I brought my computer over and was given great advice that saved me money and will extend the life of my laptop. It’s like finding a good mechanic for my car—I’m going to be a repeat customer if I have any computer issues moving forward!

Me Cory and Melissa are some very awesome people. The day that I met Melissa, we hit it off. She was very friendly and she was very helpful with selecting a laptop. I have been visiting this establishment for all of my computer needs, the prices are reasonable and well worth the trip. Jennifer T.
