Worst Anniversary Lunch – Not as Advertised I wish I could say something good about this place, but sadly, my anniversary *lunch* here was an absolute disaster. The whole experience was nothing like they had advertised. We arrived late for the first buffet slot at 12:15 pm, only to find the buffet hadn’t even started. We began with salad, but for the main course, they told us to wait another 10 minutes — so it was around 12:30 pm when the actual food was served. And I swear, the smell in the place was horrific. On top of that, the heat in that tiny space was unbearable. Yes, they had ACs, but it didn’t matter — the combination of heat and smell was suffocating. I had my baby with me, and the high chair was in terrible condition. It wasn’t comfortable at all, so my baby cried the whole time. That just added to the stress. The buffet is on the first floor, but the washrooms are on the second — seriously, who designs a restaurant like that? The food itself was… okay at best. The staff was friendly, but nothing else could make up for the poor environment. There was a chocolate fountain, but it didn’t start until around 1 pm. They handed out sticks with what seemed like week-old mini doughnuts — hard as rocks. The gol gappa water was literally hot — who drinks boiling gol gappa water? For desserts, most of it was stale. Only the custard and gulab jamun were fresh; the rest were pure trash. Even the dessert counter was untouched by most people. There were only a few guests — just us, another couple, and a small group of university friends — which says a lot. They charge you a good amount but give nothing worth the money or the experience. This place ruined my special day, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hopefully, my bad experience can save someone else from wasting their time and money here.

PLACE AND STAFF : The place is a bit congested but a good for families as Ive experienced that most of the families were their. We were welcome by the staff on the 2nd floor. The tables, interior and everything was neat and clean. There was no smell or anything. The staff was very kind and professional. I've asked them that the pizza is not there. Not only they arranged it, but the staff arrives at our table and served it as you all know buffet is self service. I like their method of serving drinks 1st is mint margarita as an starter, in mid they will ask for drinks. And at the end, they are serve tea. I hate most of the time to be in line for taking tea so it's a 100% for tea. FOOD: CHINESE / ASIAN Everything expects chowmein was perfect specially chicken shashlik.. ITALIAN: White sauce pasta was the best an other items as well. DESI: Beef korma, chicken gandi, biryani, tikka, Hari chicken gandi was amazing. The score goes to gulabi kabab it was having a unique taste of roses + steam chicken, the look was like it's not cooked but it's the best item their. SWEETS: Chocolate fountain's chocolate sauce was good but not the bun on which we were soaking the sauce. Jelly, custard and trifle was amazing. I just tried coffee pastry, and it was like it's expired. I asked the staff and again, the removed it Nd brings the fresh. I was full but other members tried it and they said it's fresh.. So overall under this price, it's worth it. But if you're like a person for having a classy environment then don't go their. If you want more items then don't go their. Otherwise it's awesome.

The food itself was quite decent – especially if you’re a fan of chicken, because the entire menu seemed to revolve around it. From grilled to fried to curried, chicken was the main (and almost only) star of the buffet. While the dishes were tasty and well-prepared, a bit more variety would have made the meal more memorable.space was small and somewhat congested, almost as if a group was invited into a private room that wasn’t designed to host a full buffet experience. In short, it was not heavy on pocket😁

Recently went to the carnival's high tea buffet with friends and the experience was horrendous Not a single item from the main course was edible and no I'm not exaggerating everybody in our group had the same opinion The main course was very limited and almost everything was unpalatable and nauseating. Even the desi food was horrible The rice were bland but given that everything else was disgusting we had to satisfy our appetites with the rice The dessert section was okayish Yeah they've got a nice ambience but what good is it when the food is disgusting I'm appalled by the fact that this place has 4000+ positive reviews

Went there despite reading bad reviews, and here I'm to second that. Yup, the food is bad shadeed namkeen, tasteless. Menu is very basic yet wasn't upto the mark taste wise. Atmosphere and ambiance wise just okay, service was good though compared to the rest. Lift malfunctioned with a passenger stuck in it. So use stairs if you plan tp go there. Overall, trust the low rating. It's a one timer to say the least.
