Thank you Joe!! Super happy with this service. Joe has been super communicative and punctual! He gave us advice and was very thorough. Our home has been treated twice so far and we have gone from daily occurence of outside bugs getting in to nearly zero bug sightings. I highly recommend The Bugman. They send out the best people and have incredible customer service. I was shopping around for Termite Inspection and they sent out Eddie Hernandez and he walked me through the entire process on what to expect. He was extremely thorough and it showed me he really cared and was an expert I could trust. I had called another company to compare quotes and when that other company arrived they didn't bother to walk through the home to see the areas of concern and just tried to set me up for their most expensive plan. Eddie finds the plan that works for you and will have your back. For the actual termite extermination, the Bugman sent out their technician Logan and he also took care of everything for me, too. I was stressed out over possible termite damage and Logan was reassuring and answered all my questions. He even did me a huge favor and helped got rid of some termite infested wood that I couldn't get the local trash company to bulk pick up for me. I am beyond grateful. I just had Eddie back for a follow-up on the termite stuff. And after speaking with him again, I also signed up for the quarterly Pest Control Plan.
