Justin was so helpful today! I was having issues with my MacBook Pro display, and Justin walked me through my options and explained to each one thoroughly and ultimately helped me choose the best fit for a solution. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Very efficient service! Took my MacBook Pro there on a Thursday evening. I explained the problem. They advised me what my options were regarding each possible situation that they could encounter, as well as the pricing for each scenario. They followed up with me the following day to let me know that my issue was fixed and they were able to save my data. The cost was reasonable, especially opposed to buying a new computer. After retrieving my computer, I emailed them to ask them a question and I received a response back less than 20 minutes later with my question answered. I'm completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

I found this establishment on Google. I needed my MacBook Air repaired. I walked in. They looked up at me and than completely ignored me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m standing there with a broken foot and crutches and no one said one word to me. I even stood there for a couple minutes and no one acknowledge me. I do not recommend unless you want crappy customer service.

Try to leave a message and get a response… Will not happen. Try getting a call back after an email. Possibly after 2 days… place was empty after I drove there and saw just how busy it actually wasn’t after trying a human person. The phones were absolutely quiet. The charges were absorbent and to top it off they gave back my laptop bent up…I took a picture at thier table. It could have been reseated before but this is how they wanted to hand it back. The price to fix was more than the cost for the same one at Best Buy…??? After paying the diagnostic 75.00 charge.I had to pass and fix it myself.

Forget the Apple Store. If you need your iPhone, iPad, or Mac serviced or repaired, this is the place to go. I’ve been doing business with them for over a decade. Their service is top-notch, and you won’t end up waiting in Apple Store purgatory (like at the mall) when you need something fixed.
